Calibration Equipment

Screwdrivers and nutrunners require a regular calibration to ensure that the applied torque are traceable to the physical norm. If you use your tools without monitoring the joints with an additional measure system like a torque and angle hand wrench than we recommend to calibrate your tools at least every year - at extensive use even more often. This helps you to minimize the risk of quality problems in your assembly.
We offer the following calibration equipment:
Calibration devices with integrated sensors
Calibration devices with ports for external sensors
A complete range of external sensors
Sensors for heavy duty
Calibration beams for torque wrenches
Calibration Devices with Integrated Sensors

Torque Testers with integrated sensors are the best to calibrate and monitor small screwdrivers in the range of 0.1 Nm to 25 Nm. You can use the base device which is perfect for standalone solutions or you can use another device where you can connect external sensors to the sensor port at the device. Both devices are compact, lightweight and easy to transport.
The device with ports for external sensors is available in the following ranges: 0.04 - 2 Nm, 0.5 - 10 Nm, and 1.25 - 25 Nm. Both devices reaches an accuracy of ±0.5% in the range of 20% to 100% of the maximal torque.
Additional features:
Easy and intuitive interface
Stores up to 8 programs
Operates with 230 VAC or battery power
Serial port (RS-232)
Mode for pulse tools with pulse count and mode for shut-off tools
Choice of sensor frequency
Device always supplied with joint simulator for battery, air, and dc tools

Calibration Devices with External Sensors

Calibration devices with external sensors are a very flexible solution. They are mostly used in fastening laboratories or maintenance departments because you can use a big variety of external sensors. For a efficient use of the device you can connect up to three (3) different sensors - either the SMART-sensors (see below) or sensors of different vendors which operates on mV/V.
Additional features:
Easy and intuitive interface
Stores up to 12 programs
Operates with 230 VAC or battery power
Serial port (RS-232)
Mode for pulse tools with pulse count and mode for shut-off tools
Changeable sensor frequency

External Sensors

External sensors gives you the ability for a flexible and expandable audit because you only need one calibration device and can use sensors in a range from 0.1 up to 5,000 Nm. All our sensors are BS7882:2008 certified and even better than the class 1 level which is the normal standard for those sensors.
We can offer external sensors in the following ranges
Flanged transducers for bench mount (up to 150 Nm)
Static transducers (SMART, up to 5,000 Nm)
Rotary transducers (SMART, up to 1,500 Nm)
