How We Manage Projects
Special solutions and adaptions are not available as standards. They are developed through a sophisticated application of our customer and an intense dialog. We would like to show you how we manage those projects to give you the freedom that Fuchs Drehmoment Consulting is the right choice:
Step 1 - Specification and Feasibility Study
Ar first we will always visti you on site. With our visit we want to get a clear picture and start an intense dialog with you to understand the problem in detail. To avoid misunderstandings we will write down a specification with you or read through your previously prepared specification. Some important figures are for example: torque levels, accessibility to the bolts, air and power supplies, quality requirements, etc.
On basis of the written specification we will start to create the quote.
Step 2 - Quote Check and Order
After you will have received the quote and agree to our proposal we can start with the order process. After we will have received the order we take the spec and the quote as reference for the project. Additional request after the order have to be discussed with us. We will develop a schedule for the project and start with the project planning. If there will be technical drawings or layouts for acceptance we will send them to you to get your acceptance.
Step 3 - Customer Pre-Acceptance
As special solutions are not standard we will need your acceptance after we have finalized the tailor made product. It is common that you either visit us in our workshop to per-accept the product or we will send you pictures or videos to get a clear idea of the product. After you acceptance we will pack the system and ship it to you or maybe change some parts to your convenience.
Step 4 - Installation and Buy-Off
After you will have received the system we will help you to integrate the project in your assembly line. We take care that the integration will be done according to the specs and your needs. Our experience tells us that with the integration we will also do some minor changes to tailor the system as best as possible to your needs.
This marks the end of the project where we will request a so-called buy-off which determines the final state of the solution. On customer request we can offer a PO- or shift attendance, of course.
